What is Side x Side?
Side x Side is our annual industry event, dedicated to celebrating the Side community and bringing its value to life. It is a special, intentional time to gather together, learn from one another, and recharge.
When will Side x Side 2025 take place?
Side x Side 2025 will take place March 11-13, 2025.
Where will Side x Side 2025 be held?
Side x Side 2025 will be held at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, near Palm Springs.

How do I go about registering if I’m a founding partner receiving a complimentary ticket, but also want to register my team using the group discount?
Register for your complimentary ticket first and check out. Then, register your team using the group registration flow.

What is the Side x Side cancellation policy?
You may transfer your Side x Side ticket to someone else for free anytime by notifying us in writing at sidexside@side.com or selecting “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email and updating your registration.
You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 30 days pre-event by notifying us in writing at sidexside@side.com or selecting “Request Cancellation” in your confirmation email.
If your notice of cancellation is received beyond 30 days pre-event, you will receive a 50% refund.

When will Side x Side Awards qualifications be announced?
We’re reimagining the Side x Side Awards, qualifications, and onsite awards ceremony. We will be announcing awards qualifications in the coming months. Be on the lookout!
Will there be any downtime during the conference?
Any time not scheduled as part of the Side x Side agenda is considered leisure time for Side x Side attendees.
What is the dress code for Side x Side?
Business casual is appropriate for all daytime conference functions. For the Sidechella Thank You Party, you may wear whatever you feel comfortable in – casual or dressy.
Can I bring a guest to the Sidechella Thank You Party?

Transportation, Accommodations & Meals
Will air transportation be covered by Side?
Air transportation expenses are the responsibility of each Side x Side attendee.
Will ground transportation be covered by Side?
Ground transportation to the Westin Rancho Mirage will be at the expense of each attendee. All Side x Side events will be hosted onsite at the Westin Rancho Mirage, so ground transportation will not be necessary once you arrive at the resort.
What does parking at the hotel cost?
Parking at the hotel is complimentary for Side x Side attendees.
Will hotel expenses be covered by Side?
Hotel expenses are the responsibility of each Side x Side attendee.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel at the discounted rate?
Yes, you can! We have a negotiated rate at the hotel from March 5-17, 2025. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
Will I have access to resort amenities?
Yes, you will. Access to the fitness center, pool, spa, golf course, and bicycle rentals is included in your stay. While attendees will be responsible for any associated costs, you’re entitled to 15% off golf and spa services!
