Side x Side is our annual community event, dedicated to celebrating the Side community and bringing its value to life. It is a special, intentional time to gather together, learn from one another, and recharge.

Side x Side 2026 will take place April 14-16, 2026, with April 14 featuring content and dinner for founding partners only. The Welcome Happy Hour on April 14 is open to all Side x Side attendees.

Side x Side 2026 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort.

The purchase of your complimentary ticket and your team’s tickets may be done in a singular transaction. Register for the complementary ticket first, then add any additional team members. Names and emails may be assigned at a later date.

You may transfer your Side x Side ticket to someone else for free anytime by editing your own registration from your confirmation email. 

You may cancel your registration for a full refund through April 7, 2026 by notifying us in writing at sidexside@side.com.

Yes, the content will be available on-demand in the weeks following the event.

We will be announcing awards qualifications in the coming months. Be on the lookout!

Any time not scheduled as part of the Side x Side agenda is considered leisure time for Side x Side attendees.

Business casual is appropriate for all daytime conference functions. For the Thank You Party, you may wear whatever you feel comfortable in – casual or dressy.

Air transportation expenses are the responsibility of each Side x Side attendee.

Ground transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort will be at the expense of each attendee. All Side x Side events will be hosted onsite at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort, so ground transportation will not be necessary once you arrive at the resort.

We’ve locked in a discounted rate of $359 + tax/night* at The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort from April 10 to April 20, 2026. To receive this reduced rate, you must reserve your room by March 20, 2026 using  this link. 

*Please note: Room price does not include state and local taxes. The resort fee has been waived for Side x Side attendees.

Overnight parking is $40/night, and day parking is $20.

Hotel expenses are the responsibility of each Side x Side attendee.

Yes, you can! We have a negotiated rate at the hotel from April 10-20. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. 

Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It’s only used to guarantee your reservation and will be charged when you check in.
